    Vuba is a fast-growing manufacturer of resin driveway and flooring systems. Their trade customers — installers and distributors — needed a frictionless digital experience for placing and managing orders. The existing B2B setup relied on offline communication and manual processing, creating bottlenecks that couldn't scale with demand.

    The Challenge

    Ordering relied heavily on phone calls, emails and manual input from account managers, slowing fulfilment and inflating operating costs. Multiple disconnected systems meant customers had limited visibility into pricing, shipping or past purchase data.

    The repeat-order experience was poor — trade buyers couldn't quickly reorder materials they'd purchased before. Shipping calculations were inconsistent, and the checkout process didn't reflect the specific needs of trade customers buying in bulk.
