    Vaas & Zo is a Dutch lifestyle brand specialising in stunning silk flower bouquets. They needed an urgent migration from WordPress to a scalable e-commerce platform, with a subscription model and the infrastructure to handle a nationwide ING Bank marketing campaign — all on an aggressive timeline.

    The Challenge

    The existing WordPress setup couldn't handle recurring subscription orders, struggled with traffic spikes and lacked the e-commerce flexibility needed for sustained growth. Performance bottlenecks made scaling impossible without a complete rebuild.
