RM English is an independently owned estate and land agency with three branches across North and East Yorkshire. We designed and built a fully bespoke property management and sales progression platform tailored exactly to RM English's business processes. The system manages the entire lifecycle — from capturing property particulars and producing brochures in-house to listing on all major property portals.
Sales and lettings progression dashboards give management a real-time view of all activities across all three branches. Automated letter and email generation triggers when milestones are reached, keeping vendors, purchasers and professional advisors informed without manual intervention.
In-house brochure production and window card printing eliminated supplier dependencies. Automatic feeds to Rightmove, Zoopla and other leading portals ensure listings go live instantly when properties hit the market.
