    Overview

    Pivovar is a specialist beer importer established in 2003, championing real ale and craft beers from microbreweries and traditional producers across the UK and beyond. With Cask Marque distributor status and a full cold-chain distribution network, they supply nationwide from their Yorkshire base. They needed a single platform to manage every aspect of their growing operation.

    The Challenge

    Stock management, sales processing, purchase orders and distribution were handled across disconnected systems. Tracking kegs in the market, managing returns and reconciling inventory required manual processes that couldn't scale with the business.

    The sales team lacked a unified view of customer relationships. Accounting data lived separately from sales data, making it impossible to see profit margins on goods or generate meaningful sales reports without hours of manual compilation.

    Our Solution

    We built a comprehensive ERP system from the ground up, designed around every stage of Pivovar's distribution workflow — from purchase order creation and stock intake through to keg tracking, order fulfilment and returns management.

    The platform includes a bespoke CRM for managing customer relationships and communications, an integrated accounting module that syncs with Sage, and real-time inventory management with low-stock alerts and automated reordering.

    A payment portal enables customers to approve estimates and pay invoices directly. Picking lists integrate with handheld devices for efficient warehouse operations, while centralised inventory connects with their online store and marketplace channels including Amazon and eBay.
