    Overview

    LOQI is a globally recognised fashion brand known for its iconic recycled bags and accessories. Their EU and US online stores were built on an unstable, slow theme that was failing both B2C customers and wholesale B2B buyers. They needed a complete rebuild that could handle dual-market complexity at scale.

    The Challenge

    Frequent layout bugs, slow page load times and inconsistent behaviour across devices were damaging the customer experience and suppressing conversion rates. Wholesale buyers faced friction at every step of the purchasing process.

    The codebase was bloated and fragile — even simple updates carried risk of breaking other parts of the site. Over-reliance on third-party apps created performance overhead and dependency issues. The EU and US stores offered a fragmented experience with no consistency.

    We rebuilt both stores from the ground up with a clean, modular custom theme engineered for speed, reliability and dual-market functionality. Every user-facing component and background process was re-engineered to streamline performance.

    The B2C and B2B customer journeys were redesigned for clarity and conversion. Wholesale buyers get a dedicated experience with trade pricing, bulk ordering and account management. Retail customers enjoy a fast, visually rich shopping experience.
