    Brierty Decoration

    Overview

Brierty Decoration has been producing painting and decorating work to the highest standard since 2003, serving homes across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire — from Oxford and the Cotswolds through to Henley, Marlow, Maidenhead and Windsor. Their client list includes Blenheim Palace Estates, the National Trust and several Oxford colleges. Their website told none of that story.

The original site (left) versus the rebuild (right) — same business, completely different first impression.

    The Challenge

The old site was a thin, generic brochure — a wall of text on the homepage, no meaningful imagery of the work, and no sense of the craftsmanship or the calibre of client behind the business. Prestige work for heritage estates and Oxford colleges was completely invisible to anyone landing on the site.

There was no clear path to an enquiry. Visitors had to hunt for a way to get in touch, the site was slow and awkward on mobile, and there was nothing to reassure a homeowner spending thousands on a period property that this was the right team for the job.

Search visibility was minimal. The site had no dedicated pages for the towns and counties Brierty actually cover, so it barely surfaced for the local searches that drive decorating enquiries.

    Our Solution

We rebuilt the site from the ground up with a premium, editorial feel that matches the standard of the work — full-bleed photography of finished interiors, a featured projects gallery, and detail shots that let the craftsmanship speak for itself.

Credibility was pushed to the front: a trust bar naming Blenheim Palace Estates, the National Trust, New College Oxford, St Anne's and Oriel, plus dedicated client pages, Dulux Select Decorator and Farrow & Ball specialist credentials, and 21+ years of trading.

Every page now drives towards a single, clear action — request a consultation — with the enquiry route visible in the header, in the hero, and repeated through the page. The contact form was simplified so a homeowner can send an enquiry in under a minute.

Structured service pages (interior decorating, exterior decorating, wallpapering and fine finishes) and location coverage pages give the site real search surface across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, backed by a fast, modern build with clean technical SEO foundations.
